Who We Are
Built by someone who's been
on your side of the table.
Lodestone exists because too many businesses pay for advice that never turns into action. We do the work that makes things actually change.
Jose E Curi Amui
FounderJose grew up inside a business environment, watching firsthand how operators run companies, where the work breaks down, and what separates the teams that scale from the ones that stall. One lesson came through clearly: good teams could be doing more with the right systems. Not bad people, not bad intentions. The difference is almost always in how work is organized.
Company after company, the pattern repeated. Tools bought with big expectations, implemented once, then never fully configured. Consultants who delivered a slide deck and disappeared. Internal projects that stalled because nobody owned the follow-through.
Lodestone bridges that space between potential and performance. Not by selling more software, but by doing the operational work that makes existing tools actually deliver. Configuration, workflow design, team training, ongoing management. The kind of work that doesn't stop after setup.
How we operate
Help first, sell second
Every engagement starts with a free assessment. You see the value before spending anything. If we can't help, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can.
Stay after setup
Agencies build ops once and walk away. We build and operate. The ongoing operation is the product, not the initial build. Systems get managed, monitored, and improved month after month.
Plain language, always
No jargon. No buzzwords. If you can't explain what changed and why it matters in a sentence, the work isn't clear enough. We write and speak in terms your whole team understands.
Part of the community
We run paid seminars and hands-on workshops for small businesses across Canada. Whether you're exploring how to get more from your current setup or ready to streamline a specific process, there's a session that fits. These aren't sales pitches. They're working sessions designed to leave you with something useful.
